Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please note that shipping charges for both outbound and return shipments will be deducted from your refund or can be issued as store credit/gift voucher for the full order value. This approach helps us manage the logistical costs incurred during order processing while ensuring a fair resolution for you.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank details. The refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the shipping charges incurred for both delivery and return.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays before a refund is posted.

Proof of Damage or Empty Package
For items received in a damaged condition or an empty box, we require customers to provide an unboxing video as proof. This helps us validate your claim and ensures a speedy resolution. Once we review your video evidence, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
